Refund Policy
Non-paying customers (e.g., Basic Listing customers) are not entitled
to a refund, compensation or consideration of any sort under any circumstance. The following refund policy
applies to Premium Listing customers only.
Charters and Guide Services must pay a listing fee for each year of Premium features (Homepage, priority listing, etc). This fee is currently $45.00. For example, if you originally pay for a Premium Listing on April 22, 2008 then your next billing date will be April 22, 2009. An "auto-renew" option is available that will automatically bill your credit card on the anniversary of your last payment or you can manually purchase an additional year for your Premium Listing.
BookACharter.com is confident that our customers will find our services fair, competitive, and industry leading. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your BookACharter.com Premium List within the first 7 days of payment, we will gladly refund your credit card for the amount in question. We also offer refunds for payments of any unused years. For example, if you pay for 3 years worth of a Premium Listing and would like to cancel half way through your first year we will offer a refund for the 2 unused years your Premium Listing.
Unfortunately to avoid people "sampling" our service we cannot offer refunds after 7 days of payment for the current years listing. Nor can we provide partial or pro-rated refunds and refunds are never issued automatically. To request a refund or to cancel/downgrade your Premium Listing, you must send an e-mail to . If approved, a refund credit will be processed within 48 hours.
BookACharter.com reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, including the right to modify or discontinue the terms of membership.
